Full-Service Membership
We handle the full administrative process, from enrollment through reinstatement, including DMV communication and hearing representation where one applies.
How refunds work
Once enrollment is complete and services have commenced, membership fees are considered earned and are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This membership does not carry the money-back guarantee.
Limited Reinstatement Membership
Focused on the reinstatement itself. This is the only membership that can qualify for a full refund, and it does so under two specific conditions.
How refunds work
A full refund is available only if the California DMV sets aside your license suspension AND a California court dismisses the related DUI charges. Both conditions must be verified before a refund is approved.

Which one fits your case
Which membership fits depends on the specifics of your case and which deadlines are already running. We go through the options and the full cost with you during the free consultation, and put them in writing before you enroll — you will not be asked to commit to anything you haven't read.
Either membership may be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of enrollment by emailing admin@duipros.net. Approved cancellations are subject to a $200 administrative cancellation fee.
