What actually happens after you call us
Six steps, in order, with who does what at each one. Knowing the sequence is the difference between waiting anxiously and knowing where your case stands.
Step by step
Every case is different, but the sequence is the same. Your specialist tells you which step you are on whenever you ask.
Free consultation
You tell us what happened — your state, the date of the offense, and whether a hearing deadline is already running. We explain what your reinstatement involves and what it costs. No charge and no obligation to continue.
Enrollment and case opening
If you decide to move forward you sign a Client Service Agreement and we open your file. Work begins right away, which is why the cancellation window is 24 hours and why fees begin to be earned from this point.
Document preparation
We gather and prepare what your case needs: DMV forms, your driving record, proof of enrollment in any required program, and supporting documentation.
Filings and DMV communication
We submit your SR-22 or FR-44 certificate of financial responsibility, communicate with the DMV on your behalf, and request your administrative hearing when one applies. Every deadline is tracked on our side.
The DMV hearing
A DMV Advocate presents your case at the administrative hearing so you don't face it alone. This is administrative representation before the DMV — it is not legal representation and it is not a criminal court proceeding.
Reinstatement and follow-up
We confirm the DMV's decision, complete any remaining requirements, and stay with you until your reinstatement is finalized.
Before you enroll
Step 2 is the one worth reading twice. Once services have commenced, fees are considered earned. The cancellation window, the $200 administrative fee and the refund rules for each membership are published in full — read them before you sign, not after.
